    The Capital Markets Group (CMG) at Bridge Investment Group is responsible for capital raising and business and product development across the entire Bridge platform. The team develops and maintains relationships with institutional and HNW investors globally for each of Bridge’s specialized real estate funds. At Bridge, every senior professional is involved and aligned with capital raising efforts, which has contributed to the platform’s success. Every year, Bridge raises $2 billion-$3 billion across the range of products with specific institutional and non-institutional investors

    Position Info

    As Senior Associate you will support client-facing and capital raising functions, including developing marketing materials, conducting competitive research, assisting with due diligence requests, and supporting strategic initiatives.  You will work directly with peers, Managing Directors and clients in executing these functions.  Bridge's fast-growing entrepreneurial culture means you will be expected to take initiative on new projects and contribute across disciplines, working closely with senior management throughout the firm.  The Capital Markets Group anticipates significant near-term growth including new private equity product launches and global expansion initiatives.  This position offers the opportunity to join a leading private equity real estate firm at a time of significant focus on the alternatives investment industry. 

     

    Expectations for the Role:

    • Conduct research on sources of investor capital design customized strategies to effectively target capital
    • Actively support MDs in building robust sales dialogues with PE portfolio managers at large institutions
    • Prepare marketing materials showcasing investment portfolio, strategies, and market outlook
    • Develop deep expertise across investment verticals' work cross-functionally to track and fulfill due diligence requests from sophisticated institutional investors
    • Oversee completion of profitable institutional RFPs

    Qualifications

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    Candidates should be highly motivated, energetic, and savvy with demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.  In additional to thriving in a fast paced, client facing role and having strong communication skills, a successful candidate should have:

    • Undergraduate degree (minimum 3.5 GPA or equivalent) and a minimum of one year of relevant experience in investment banking/capital markets or consulting
    • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and comfortable managing multiple work streams and projects concurrently
    • Ability to build working relationships across various Bridge departments/verticals with individuals at different experience levels
    • Interest and aptitude for relationship management, sales and marketing
    • A self-starter, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude with a strong sense of urgency
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
