    Bridge Seniors Housing Fund Manager LLC (“Bridge Seniors”) invests in seniors housing and medical property assets across its family of funds, including seeking and investing in joint ventures and separately managed accounts. Our specialized, purpose-built Bridge Seniors team focuses on the value-add segment of the market and seeks to acquire assets that will benefit from incremental capital investment and marketing, to reposition the assets and create substantial additional value. Such actions can include refurbishment and renovation, changing the resident mix (e.g., increasing the number of memory care units), adding services and amenities, and increasing the marketing footprint. Our longstanding industry relationships allow us to partner with best-in-class, blue chip local operators.

    Position Info

    Essential Functions

    • Map monthly property level financials from third party operators into Yardi accounting system
    • Review G/L accounts for accuracy and GAAP compliance
    • Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
    • Carefully analyze general ledger and budget variances in individual ledger accounts
    • Review P&L trends and communicate findings with accounting and asset management teams
    • Make journal entries and enter cash transactions into accounting system
    • Assist with cash management and forecasting
    • Provide excellent communication with third party operators to ensure that monthly financial statements are in compliance with company standards


    Qualifications and Competencies

    • S. Degree in Accounting/Finance
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong follow-through skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely manner
    • Willing to adapt quickly to changes in direction
    • Internally motivated to seek answers, generate ideas and develop new skills
